Pence Wins VP Debate, Election Still Trending Towards Clinton

There are a number of theories about last night’s vice presidential debate floating around today.

I’ve heard that Mike Pence is ramping up for a 2020 run himself as the new standard bearer of conservative values. In that scenario, Ted Cruz was the big loser last night.

There’s the theory that Tim Kaine wasn’t trying to win the debate, he was just trying to bash Trump (which he did mercilessly).
